1. No Return / No Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds once the order has been delivered.

 

2. Damaged or Defective Items (Exchange Only)

We only offer exchanges in case of damaged or defective products.

To be eligible for an exchange:

You must provide a clear, uncut opening video of the package

The video must show the sealed package being opened and the issue clearly visible

The request must be made within [24–48 hours] of delivery

Without an opening video, no claims for damage, missing, or incorrect items will be accepted.

 

3. Exchange Conditions

The product must be unused and in original packaging

Exchange is subject to verification by our team

We reserve the right to reject claims that do not meet the above conditions

 

4. Shipping for Exchanges

If the claim is approved, we will arrange a replacement

In some cases, customers may need to ship the product back

Requiring an opening video is fine, but:

Keep the claim window reasonable (at least 24–48 hours)

Be clear and consistent when enforcing it

Avoid sounding overly restrictive—it can reduce customer confidence
